Seen the film? Where Britain is controlled by a mad dictator who has complete control over every citizen? The British government surely has seen the film, as after CCTV they’re taking the next big step towards gaining absolute control: mandatory tracking devices in every car – which of course the drivers themselves will have to pay for. Meaning: no matter where you are, the government will know about it AND they’ll know how fast you’ve driven there, so even 5 km/h too fast will cost you money, even without the police around.
As the article’s already a week old, the number of people who signed the petition isn’t 190’000 anymore, but just under 440’000.
A couple of months ago I said perhaps I’d not retun to Luxembourg and might well stay here – I love Cardiff! :) – but considering not only the incredibly bad school system they have over here (sending your kids to school in the UK is irresponsible and unjustifiable) and the British government never having heard the word “freedom” and “liberty” before, I will never ever stay in this country after graduation.
